Costco Food Court Prices at a Glance

The Costco food court is one of the last places in America where lunch still costs less than a coffee. The hot dog and soda combo has been $1.50 since 1985, a slice of pizza is still under two dollars, and Costco’s leadership has said publicly and repeatedly that the hot dog price is not going to change. The menu is short, and it changes slowly, which is part of the appeal.

Unlike the chains on the rest of this site, Costco sets one national price for its food court, so the numbers below are what you should pay at almost any US warehouse. Hot Dog and Soda Combo

Pizza

Costco pizza is made to order in the warehouse, and a whole pie is a full 18 inches cut into 12 large slices. Order whole pizzas at the counter or kiosk and expect a 10 to 15 minute wait.

At $9.95 for 12 slices, a whole pizza works out to about 83 cents a slice, which is why so many members order them for parties. Calling ahead for large orders is a good idea on weekends.

Chicken Bake, Sandwiches and Hot Food

The Chicken Bake is a baked roll filled with chicken, bacon, cheese, green onions and Caesar dressing. Its price went from $2.99 to $3.99 in 2022, one of the rare Costco food court increases. Chicken strips arrived at US warehouses in 2026, replacing the Combo Calzone in many locations, so check your warehouse’s board.

Desserts and Ice Cream

Costco replaced the churro with the cookie in 2024, then confirmed in September 2026 that the Twisted Churro is coming back to all US food courts for a limited time at $1.49, rolling out warehouse by warehouse. Specialty sundae flavors also rotate, so the dessert board changes more often than the rest of the menu.

The food court usually opens when the warehouse opens and closes about 30 minutes before it, although some locations open the food court slightly earlier.

Costco Business Centers generally do not have a food court. Most food courts are inside the membership check, so you need a membership to buy food there, although some warehouses have an outdoor window that policies may treat differently.

How to Get the Most From the Costco Food Court

The value is the whole point here. A hot dog combo feeds one person for $1.50, and a whole pizza feeds a family of five or six for under ten dollars. For parties, order whole pizzas a few hours ahead by phone or at the counter, and ask for them cut into smaller slices if you are feeding children.

Soda refills are free, so there is no need for a second drink. Many warehouses now use self serve kiosks, which cut the queue at busy times. And because the menu changes slowly, if a new item appears on your board, it is worth trying before it moves on, because tests do not always become permanent.
