The full LongHorn Steakhouse menu with current prices and calories. Hand cut steaks by size, the lunch menu, Grill Master combos, ribs, chicken, salmon, handhelds, salads, steakhouse sides, kids meals, desserts and family bundles. Updated for 2026.
LongHorn sits a step above the casual dining chains and a step below a white tablecloth steakhouse, and the pricing follows. A six ounce sirloin at around $16.99 comes with a side and warm bread, while a bone in Outlaw Ribeye pushes past forty dollars. Every steak is hand cut in the restaurant and grilled over an open flame by staff who have to pass a grill certification before they are allowed near the line.
Prices below are in restaurant figures checked across several states in 2026. LongHorn is owned by Darden and run as company restaurants rather than franchises, so prices are consistent between locations. Delivery adds roughly 30 percent on top, which is where the inflated figures online come from.
This is the best value on the board and it runs Monday to Saturday from 11am to 3pm. LongHorn opens for lunch every day, which is worth noting if you have been caught out by rival steakhouses that only open at three on weekdays. Portions are smaller than the dinner menu but the price gap is much larger than the size gap.

| Appetizer | Price | Calories |
|---|---|---|
| Crispy Brussels Sprouts | $9.49 | 310 |
| Texas Tonion | $10.29 | 1430 |

Every steak is cut in the restaurant and grilled over an open flame, and every one comes with a choice of one side included. That is the number to hold in your head when comparing against a steakhouse where the sides are separate lines on the bill.
| Steak | Size | Price | Calories |
|---|---|---|---|
| Renegade Sirloin | 6 oz | $16.99 | 320 |
| Renegade Sirloin | 8 oz | $19.99 | 430 |
| Renegade Sirloin | 11 oz | $23.99 | 590 |
| Flo’s Filet | 6 oz | $28.99 | 330 |
| New York Strip | 12 oz | $29.99 | 630 |
| Ribeye | 12 oz | $29.99 | 810 |
| Flo’s Filet | 8 oz | $34.99 | 440 |
| Fire-Grilled T-Bone | 18 oz | $34.99 | 1130 |
| Outlaw Ribeye | 20 oz | $35.99 | 1250 |
| LongHorn Porterhouse | 22 oz | $37.99 | 1280 |
| Bone-In Outlaw Ribeye | 22 oz | $41.99 | 1420 |
Flo’s Filet is the leanest cut on the menu at 330 calories for six ounces, which makes it the lightest full steak dinner anywhere on this site once a steamed vegetable side goes with it. The Outlaw Ribeye is the opposite, four times the calories for a cut that costs seven dollars more.
This is the question people search before they order a steak at any restaurant and the answers are not the same everywhere. LongHorn cooks to these definitions, so ask for what you actually want rather than what you think the name means.
| Doneness | Centre | What you get |
|---|---|---|
| Rare | Cool red | Seared outside, the centre is barely warmed |
| Medium Rare | Warm red | The doneness most grill staff will recommend |
| Medium | Warm pink | Pink through the middle, firmer than medium rare |
| Medium Well | Slightly pink | A thin band of pink at the centre only |
| Well | No pink | Cooked through, ask for a thicker cut to avoid drying |
One practical note. On the leaner cuts, Flo’s Filet in particular, anything past medium starts costing you the texture you paid for. On the fattier Ribeye and Outlaw Ribeye the marbling protects it further up the scale, so if you like your steak well done, order the ribeye rather than the filet.
Combos pair a steak with a second protein and still include a side. They are consistently cheaper than ordering the two items separately.
| Combo | Price | Calories |
|---|---|---|
| Sirloin and Parmesan Crusted Chicken | $23.99 | 1140 |
| Sirloin and Redrock Grilled Shrimp | $24.99 | 480 |
| Sirloin and Ribs half slab | $25.99 | 1140 |
| Sirloin and Lobster Tail | $33.99 | 560 |
| Flo’s Filet and Grilled Shrimp | $36.99 | 490 |
| Flo’s Filet and Lobster Tail | $46.99 | 570 |
Parmesan Crusted Chicken is the most ordered non steak dish in the chain. Plain grilled chicken at 380 calories is the quiet light option that nobody puts on a menu board.

Unlike some steakhouse rivals, LongHorn opens for lunch seven days a week rather than only at weekends. That is the single biggest practical difference if you are choosing between them on a Tuesday afternoon.
| Day | Opens | Closes | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Monday to Thursday | 11:00am | 10:00pm | Lunch menu until 3pm |
| Friday | 11:00am | 11:00pm | Lunch menu until 3pm |
| Saturday | 11:00am | 11:00pm | Lunch menu until 3pm |
| Sunday | 11:00am | 10:00pm | No lunch menu, full menu all day |
LongHorn does not take traditional reservations at most locations but offers a waitlist through the app and website that lets you join the queue before you arrive. Friday and Saturday evenings are the longest waits of the week. Restaurants close on Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.
Come at lunch. Monday to Saturday from 11am to 3pm the lunch menu puts the same food on the table for meaningfully less, and the Flo’s Filet at $13.99 against $28.99 is the largest gap on the board.
Remember that a side is already included with every entree, so do not order an extra unless you actually want two. Use the included side rather than defaulting to fries, because steamed broccoli or asparagus costs the same and saves several hundred calories. And if you are feeding a group, a family bundle at $49.99 to $69.99 covers four to six people with sides and bread, well under the cost of individual plates.
One more. Order the ribeye rather than the filet if you like your steak well done, because the marbling holds up further along the doneness scale and you will get more for your money.
LongHorn is one of the easier steakhouses to eat lightly at, provided you use the included side properly. Flo’s Filet at 330 calories for six ounces, the Redrock Grilled Shrimp at 160 and the salmon at 300 are all genuinely light main courses, and three of the entree salads sit around 500.
What moves the number is everything around the protein. A loaded sweet potato is 640 calories, Steakhouse Mac and Cheese is 610, and the free honey wheat bread is roughly 180 a slice. A 6 oz filet with steamed broccoli and no bread is a 390 calorie dinner. The same steak with a loaded sweet potato and two slices of bread is 1,330. On sodium, the seasoning on the steaks and the soups carry most of it, and asking for the steak lightly seasoned is the simplest change to make.
Monday to Saturday from 11:00am to 3:00pm at most locations. The lunch menu carries smaller portions of the same dishes at meaningfully lower prices, with a 6 oz sirloin at $10.99 against $16.99 and a 4 oz Flo’s Filet at $13.99 against $28.99 for the 6 oz at dinner.
A 6 oz Renegade Sirloin is around $16.99 and includes one side. The 12 oz Ribeye and 12 oz New York Strip are $29.99, a 6 oz Flo’s Filet is $28.99 and the 20 oz Outlaw Ribeye is $35.99. The bone in Outlaw Ribeye at $41.99 is the most expensive single steak on the menu.
Yes. Every steak and entree includes one side at no extra charge, and warm honey wheat bread comes to the table free. Additional sides cost $3.99 to $5.99 depending on the choice.
Redrock Grilled Shrimp at 160 calories, LongHorn Salmon at 300 and Flo’s Filet at 330 for six ounces are the three lightest main courses. Paired with steamed broccoli at 60 calories, a 6 oz filet dinner comes to around 390 calories in total, which is unusually light for a steakhouse.
About 2,460 for the whole dessert, which is more than the heaviest steak on the menu. It is built to share between two or three people rather than eaten alone, and split three ways it is around 820 each.
Flo’s Filet is the leanest cut, 330 calories for six ounces, tender but with little marbling. The Outlaw Ribeye is 20 ounces and 1,250 calories, heavily marbled and much richer. The filet costs $28.99 and the Outlaw is $35.99, so the ribeye is more food and more fat for seven dollars more.
Most locations do not take traditional reservations but offer a waitlist through the app and website that lets you join the queue before you arrive. Friday and Saturday evenings are the longest waits of the week.
Yes. LongHorn opens at 11:00am seven days a week, which differs from some rival steakhouses that only open at 3:00pm on weekdays. The reduced price lunch menu runs Monday to Saturday until 3:00pm, and Sunday runs the full menu all day.
The Ribeye or Outlaw Ribeye. The marbling in those cuts holds up further along the doneness scale, so a well done ribeye stays reasonable. A well done Flo’s Filet loses most of the tenderness you paid for, because there is very little fat in the cut to protect it.
Yes. Both are owned by Darden Restaurants, along with several other chains. LongHorn restaurants are company operated rather than franchised, which is why prices stay consistent between locations rather than varying market to market.
